Shipping minister Dr. Afsarul Amin in the Elite Angel residential project, Elite Angel has commenced its journey with 99 plots

Elite Angel project started its journey with 99 plots, located opposite to the CDA proposed mega city Nilachol at Chowdhury Hat in Hathazari. Honorable shipping minister of Bangladesh Afsarul Amin inaugurated the project equipped with modern facilities on May 9, 2009 on Saturday. With a pledge to providing undisputed land to its clients, 34 out of 40 plots have already been booked in first phase. Possession has been registered and handed over to its client on booking.

In the inaugural ceremony of the project, shipping minister Afsarul amin said the demand of the shelter is increasing with the boosting population. In this situation to keep pace with the humans increasing demand, it is necessary to develop planned residential project. In addition the development of project not only benefits the residing people in certain area but also in whole area. The journey of Elite land project has made the region familiar in new fashion. On May 9, 2009 at 1:00 pm Elite land Ltd. employees and local awami league party leaders cordially welcomed Afsarul amin in Elite Angel project at chikondondi village of Chowdhury Hat in Hathazari upazila. After that he inaugurated the project. In a short address Afsarul amin said concerted cooperation is required for the total development of a country.
